By using Visorads, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service. We're committed to providing a transparent, fair, and reliable platform for all our users.
Acceptance of Terms
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Visorads, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Visorads.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 16 years old to use Visorads. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use paid features.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Terms Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or service announcement.
Service Description
AI Creative Generation
Visorads provides an AI-powered platform for generating ad creatives, product images, and marketing visuals. Our service uses advanced machine learning models to transform your inputs into professional-quality visuals.
Credit-Based System
Our service operates on a credit system where 1 credit equals 1 generated image. Credits are purchased in packs and do not expire. Credits are only deducted upon successful generation; failed attempts are not charged.
Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and force majeure events may cause temporary disruptions. We will provide advance notice when possible.
Beta Features
Some features may be labeled as beta or experimental. These features are provided as-is and may be changed or discontinued without notice. Your feedback helps improve them.
Payment & Billing
Credit Purchases
Credits are available for purchase in various tiers: $5 for 100 credits, $25 for 500 credits, $50 for 1,100 credits, and $125 for 2,750 credits. All payments are one-time purchases; no subscriptions or recurring charges.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (Stripe). We accept major credit cards and debit cards. All payment information is tokenized and never stored on our servers.
No Refund Policy
Credits are non-refundable once purchased. However, credits never expire and can be used anytime at your convenience. We offer 10 free credits to test the service risk-free before any purchase. Since you only pay for successful generations (failed attempts are not charged), you get exactly what you pay for.
Failed Generations
If an image generation fails due to technical issues on our end, no credits are deducted. Simply try again. Persistent issues should be reported to our support team for resolution.
User Responsibilities
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you upload and images you generate. You grant Visorads a license to process your content solely for providing the service. Generated images are yours to use commercially.
Prohibited Content
You may not use Visorads to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable. This includes but is not limited to hate speech, violence, sexual content, and illegal activities.
Intellectual Property
You must have the right to use any images or content you upload. Do not upload copyrighted material, trademarks, or content belonging to others without permission. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use is lawful.
Fair Use
Do not abuse our service through automated scraping, excessive API calls, or attempts to circumvent usage limits. Fair use is defined as generating content for legitimate business or creative purposes.
Generated Content Usage
Commercial Rights
You own 100% commercial rights to all images generated with Visorads. Use them anywhere—Meta Ads, TikTok, Amazon, your website, print materials, and more. No attribution required.
Platform Compliance
While we generate high-quality content, compliance with third-party platform policies (Facebook Ads, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.) is your responsibility. Review each platform's advertising guidelines before running ads.
Content Quality
We strive for excellence but cannot guarantee every generated image will meet your expectations. Use your professional judgment before publishing. Multiple generations allow you to choose the best results.
No Resale of Credits
Credits cannot be resold, transferred, or exchanged for cash. They are for your personal or business use within the Visorads platform only.
Prohibited Activities
Illegal Use
Using Visorads for any illegal purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or generating content for illegal activities, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
Reverse Engineering
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of Visorads, including our AI models, algorithms, or technical infrastructure.
Competitive Harm
Do not use Visorads to harm or compete with us directly, including by copying our features, creating derivative services, or interfering with our operations.
Impersonation
Impersonating Visorads, our employees, or other users is prohibited. Misrepresenting your affiliation with us is grounds for account suspension.
Limitation of Liability
Service As-Is
Visorads is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service's reliability, accuracy, or suitability for your purposes.
Damages Exclusion
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visorads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities.
Liability Cap
Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim. This is the maximum extent of our liability.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Visorads harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time through your settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. No refunds are provided for unused credits.
Termination by Visorads
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, abusive behavior, or any reason at our sole discretion. We will provide notice when possible, except in cases of severe abuse.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to the service ends, but these terms' provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and intellectual property remain in effect.
Data Retention
After account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days per our Privacy Policy. Anonymous usage data may be retained for analytics.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Visorads is established. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
You agree to resolve any disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues informally.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
